Pet food banks are available from the shelter and from two local nonprofit organizations. Each pet food bank has restrictions, such as proof of county residency, so call or check the website before you go.

The Frederick County Humane Society maintains a list of local pet-friendly housing options as well as links to pet-friendly housing search sites for those moving within Frederick or out of the area.
